Ingredients

2 vegan naan breads

1 tin (400g) chickpeas

Half red onion sliced

1 tsp garam masala

2 tsp mango chutney

1 tsp garlic powder (½ for chickpeas, ½ for mayo)

2 tbsp vegan mayo

1 lime​

Flaked almonds (can be substituted for ground)

Chilli flakes

Methode
  1. Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil, add drained chickpeas, garam masala, garlic powder & mango chutney and cook for 4-5 mins. Meanwhile, dampen your naans lightly with water & put under the grill for a few mins.
  2. Combine your mayo with garlic powder & a squeeze of lime.
  3. Layer naans with the garlic mayo, chickpeas, red onion, almonds, sprinkle of chilli flakes, coriander & more lime. Enjoy!
