Ingredients

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup oil

2 cups tapioca starch/flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup almond yogurt

1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese

Methode
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the salt and tapioca starch.
  3. Pour water and oil into saucepan and bring to the boil.
  4. Once boiling, CAREFULLY pour it into the tapioca flour and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  5. Add the cheeses and yogurt and mix well to combine.
  6. Roll into little balls (you should get about 22-24 balls) and place on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes!
