Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats or sub quinoa flakes to make GF

3/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup raw sugar

1/2 cup tapioca flour

1/4 cup brown rice flour

1/4 cup almond meal

200g vegan butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp bicarb soda

Methode
  1. Pre heat your oven to 175°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  3. In a small saucepan heat the butter, maple and water over a low heat until melted, take of the heat and whisk in the bicarb then pour immediately into the dry mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls and place on the tray living an inch or so between biscuits.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden on the edges. Allow to cool before eating!
